We're looking for volunteers to help support Afghan Refugees temporarily housed in Camden. At the moment, we need volunteers who can speak Dari, Pashto or Farsi to work closely with Hopscotch’s Refugee Family Advocates.

Time commitment

Volunteers should be able to give at least 3 - 4hours per week, with most activities during 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

We're expecting that the refugees will be in the temporary accommodation for 3 months, possibly longer - and would like volunteers to be available for at least 3 months.

What measures have you put in place to ensure volunteers’ safety during COVID-19?
We're following current government guidance, including ensuring there are facilities for hand sanitising and that the venues are well ventilated.

This organisation is one of our community partner organisations.

Like all volunteer recruiters we work with, they have signed up to our service standards, agreeing to abide by our policy on partnership working.
