Bookings for our Volunteering Fairs are now open!

We are currently running waiting lists for some of our fairs. Please still sign up to them, if you are interested in attending, as places often become available.

This autumn, we are running the following fairs:

- The Big Volunteering Fair (4 & 5 October) - we are no longer accepting bookings for these fairs

- The Mental Health Volunteering Fair (11 October)  -  we are no longer accepting bookings for this fair

- The Education Volunteering Fair (16 October) -  we are no longer accepting bookings for this fair

- The Museums & Heritage Volunteering Fair (23 October) -  we are no longer accepting bookings for this fair

- The Sustainability Volunteering Fair (1 November)

- The Health Volunteering Fair (15 November) - we are running a waiting list for this fair

All our fairs will take place at UCL, 12:00 - 15:00.  Stallholders will need to be onsite 11:30 - 15:15.

On the form below, please indicate which fairs you would be interested in attending.  Please also prioritise the fairs, with 1 being the fair you would most like to attend.  For the fairs that are not relevant to your organisation, please leave the field blank.

For each fair you are interested in attending, please write a short description about any relevant roles your organisation can offer.  We will then ask for a full catalogue entry if we offer your organisation a place.

Please note that not all applications will be successful - eligibility to attend the fairs will be reviewed before places are confirmed.

Please write a brief description about any roles you offer that are relevant to your fair preferences.  Places at each fair will be allocated according to this information. Note that at this stage we do not require a full catalogue entry.

Please also note that this is not necessary when applying to the Big Volunteering Fair, as it is not a specialised fair.
