We are looking for a motivated Research Assistant who can help us map the commissioning landscape across the UK and create an interactive map of their research. If you have great research and data analysis skills, we look forward to receiving your application!

Role Aim: 

Our Volunteer Research Assistant will help us map the commissioning landscape across the UK and create an interactive map of their research


• Conduct desk-based research on commissioners in regions and areas linked to existing services across the UK

• Support the Referrals Team to develop an interactive map and add your research to it.

• Other duties as required

Skills needed: 

• Research and data analysis skills

• Understanding of social care

• A good level of understanding in spoken and written English

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Excellent IT skills

• Competent working independently

• Reliable and organised

• Understanding and commitment to the aims of Leonard Cheshire


Volunteering induction training and other relevant training provided

Time commitment: 
At least one day per week
Opening times: 
• One day per week • Flexible to fit around your schedule
