Project Active Yoga

We run 4 weekly yoga classes:

Mondays: Vinyasa Flow

Wednesdays: Mindful Yoga
Wednesdays: Staff Yoga

Thursdays: Postgraduate Yoga

All our yoga classes are beginner friendly and a great way to relax, focus the mind and meet like minded people.

No previous yoga experience or equipment needed; we’ll provide mats and blocks.​
