Touch Rugby is a minimal contact, mixed game similar to rugby, but without the tackling! Come along to our weekly session and give it a try. All you need is a pair of trainers!

It’s is a great way to meet new people, improve your fitness and is easy to pick up, you don’t need to have played any rugby before. So, whether you’re a first teamer or a first timer, O2 Touch is social fitness at its best! 

Open to all UCL students and staff.

When: Fridays, 17:00 -19:00.

Where: Sports Hall, , Somers Town Community Sports Centre, 134 Charlton Street NW1 1RX
Nearest station: Baker Street (15min walk), Regent’s Park (20min walk)

What does my entry cost cover?

Project Active provides subsidised activities; your entry fee goes towards covering the cost of facility hire 

Who can participate?

Sessions are mixed gender and open to all current UCL students over the age of 18 and staff.
All participants will need to complete a participation registration form which will be emailed to you ahead of your first session.

What do I need to bring with me?

A pair of trainers.

Balls and bibs are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest; Project Active is about feeling empowered and having fun, but most of all enjoying being active in whatever way works for you!
