Women’s Squash

Part of our Women’s Only Dare2 Try programme, Squash is great way to unwind and release stress as well as being fantastic for improving your fitness.  Don’t worry if you’ve never picked up a squash racquet before, we’ll help you learn the basics in a friendly environment and have you returning serve and mastering the backhand before you know it!

Sessions run every Friday from 12-1.30pm in the Bloomsbury Fitness, 3rd floor Bloomsbury Theatre building

Racquets and balls provided. 

Changing rooms, showers and lockers available.

No gym day pass required once you’ve booked.

All our sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a comfortable, friendly, non - judgemental and non-competitive environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels.
