Barre Concept

Part of our Dare2Try Women’s Only offer, Barre Concept combines ballet, Pilates and contemporary dance to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
No experience of ballet or dance is required; classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 

Our 6 weeks of summer classes will take place in the Lewis’ Dance Studio, 1st Floor, Lewis’ Building, 134-136 Gower Street, London WC1E 6BP

Classes run on a Thursday from 13:00-14:00

Limited spaces available. Pre-booking is required.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a friendly and comfortable, non-judgemental, non-competitive environment.

All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience.
