Where do you deliver?

We can ship orders worldwide. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of purchase. Most orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. 

How much does delivery cost?

Postage costs are calculated according to the size & weight of your order. For most orders, this is done automatically at the checkout stage, but larger international orders may require a member of our team to process a customised fee. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

UK delivery cost starts from £4.30 (second class)

EU delivery cost starts from £15*

International (not EU) delivery cost starts from £25.50*

*Please note that EU & international orders may be subject to VAT/customs charge upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I purchase online & collect in store?

We offer a free click & collect service for customers who live close-by and prefer to pick up their order in person. Often we are able to process click & collect orders within 3 working days, but this is not always the case. If you select this service, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. 

Current collection times are: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 14:00

Collection point: The Hanger, 25 Gordon Street

You will need your order number & a form of ID to collect your order. You must wear a face covering & adhere to social distancing rules when in the building. 

Can I return or exchange part or all of my order?

We are happy to accept return & exchanges from our store within 28 days of purchase. Any products returned to us must be in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please complete the returns form and email it to
We are unable to cover the cost of return postage for returns & exchanges. If you request a refund, we will process your request within 10 working days of receiving the item(s) and confirm this has been completed by email. The money should be credited back to your original payment card within 5 days.

If you request an exchange, we will process & dispatch your requested item (subject to availability) within 3-5 working days. If there is a difference in price, you will have to pay (or will be credited) the difference. You may also be asked to cover the return postage cost

An item is showing as sold out, when will it be back in stock?

Unfortunately we can’t always give an exact date when items will be restocked, but if there is a particular item you are after, please email us at and a member of the team will do their best to answer your question. 

I haven’t received an order confirmation email but payment has been taken, what should I do?

Please email our team at, quoting your order number. A member of the team will get back to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for a response.

My order is missing an item or has a fault, what do I do?

Please email our team at, quoting your order number and the problem. One of our team will be more than happy to help you. Please allow 3-5 working days for a response. 

Do you offer student discount?

No – we are run by Students’ Union UCL and our core principle is that we are “Not for profit, just for students”. When you spend money in your Union outlets, you are helping fund and support the work the Students’ Union does.

Every penny we make here, helps us make more happen out there.

This means that buying Students’ Union products and using the spaces you love, is helping to fund over 300 clubs and societies, supporting student-led campaigns and developing more spaces for you on campus and so much more.  Students’ Union UCL is led by students, for students, and we are re-investing the money we make into making our services better for you.
