Delivery Information

We deliver to the UK, EU, and Internationally. Postage costs are calculated according to the weight of the items. We ship via Royal Mail and aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. 

UK delivery cost starting from: £4.30 (2nd class)

EU delivery cost starting from*: £15

International delivery cost starting from*: £25.50* Please note International shipping is currently unavailable. We hope to have service restored as soon as possible. 

*Please note that EU/International parcels may be subject to VAT/Customs tax upon receiving. This is dependent on the receiving countries’ postage rules.

Click & Collect

We offer a free click and collect service for customers who live close-by and prefer to pick up their ordered item(s) in person. Please note, it is only possible to pick up your order after you have received a confirmation email to say that your order is ready for collection. Collecting orders is only possible between 10:00 and 14:00 Monday – Friday. If you cannot make these times then please email us (su.shop@ucl.ac.uk) and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The collection point is The Hanger, 25 Gordon Street, ground floor. When entering the building, please have your order number to hand and any form of ID on you. Please adhere to social distancing rules and wear a face covering when inside the building. A member of staff from the shop will meet you at the shop entrance to hand over your ordered goods.

I’d like to return/exchange an item, how do I do this?

You can return an order from our online store for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at su.shop@ucl.ac.uk with your order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange. The store reserves the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned in a resalable condition. The items must be unworn and unwashed with all labels still attached.

We do not cover the cost of return postage or packaging for any items that are returned. If you’re posting items back to us, please fill out and enclose the below form. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a process or refund confirmation via email. Allow 5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement

I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do?

Please email us at su.shop@ucl.ac.uk with your order number and one of the team will be more than happy to assist you with this. Please do allow us 3-5 working days to respond to your email request.
