Summary

We are looking for up to 6 Customer Service Representatives to help out in our busy customer services team during our peak period in September, which is known as ‘Harvest’.   

Working in our South Quay office you’ll be the first point of call for our customers as they return back to school and need help using our products.  

You’ll be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customers and resolving a variety of customer queries. You’ll have exceptional communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to manage your time efficiently and keep calm under pressure.

You’ll be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customers and resolving a variety of customer queries. You’ll have exceptional communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to manage your time efficiently and keep calm under pressure.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers, answering the phone within allocated timeframe 

• Advise and respond to customers via online chat

• Resolve customer queries, explaining clearly and precisely best practice 
 
General Skills 

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated and responsive   

• Confident in learning and supporting in-house software and applications. 

Working hours – 37.5 hours per week at £10.55 per hour. 
Training days – 29/30 August 2019 
Start date – 2nd September – must be available throughout September
