Summary

BOOKSELLERS/USHERS FOR THE BARTLETT SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE SUMMER SHOW

This is a one off Job Vacancy.

Like every end of year, we have our Bartlett summer show where almost 700 students from four programmes will present a range of inventive, creative and visual work across seven floors of the school’s Bloomsbury home.

We are looking for booksellers to work in our pop-up bookshop throughout the event as well as a team of ushers to support the visitor experience and smooth-running of the show.

Would you like to be involved in the main event of 2019 at UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture?

During the Summer Show, over 700 students from The Bartlett School of Architecture will be exhibiting an incredible range of inventive, creative and visual work including models, drawings, films, multimedia installations and digital fabrications. This Summer Show takes place in the school’s recently refurbished home at 22 Gordon Street. To accompany the exhibition we produce a high-quality catalogue of student work, which is sold alongside other Bartlett books.

The Summer Show opens to family and friends on Friday 21 June and the exhibition is open to the public from 22 June to 6 July inclusive.

We are particularly interested in hearing from students or recent graduates with retail or sales experience. Tasks include setting up, organising and monitoring stock, answering enquiries, carrying out and recording sales, packing down at the end of the day.
