Are you interested in visiting the beautiful city of Bath, soaking up the festive atmosphere at one of the best Christmas Markets in the UK, and exploring the historic Roman baths? Then this trip is just right for you!
About Bath
Famous for its architecture and Roman remains, and once home to literary legend Jane Austen, Bath is the only city in the UK listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful towns in Britain.
During the visit, you will have the opportunity to visit:
The Roman Baths
Once the site of one of the great religious spas of the ancient world; the people of Roman Britain came to the site to worship the goddess Sulis Minerva and bathe in the waters of the natural thermal springs, which still flow with hot water today. Today, the Roman baths is considered one of the finest historic sites in Northern Europe and one of the most popular attractions in the UK.
The Royal Crescent
Built between 1767 and 1774, the Royal Crescent is one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks. The 500-foot-long crescent of 30 Grade I listed terrace houses overlooks Royal Victoria Park.
Baths Christmas Markets
With over 200 stalls, festive entertainment, and the backdrop of Bath’s beautiful Georgian street, Bath’s Christmas markets are one of the most magical Christmas markets in the UK.
