Join our Elementary Pole Fitness Classes with Aneta, our highly skilled and supportive instructor! These sessions are designed for those with some previous pole experience, offering a great opportunity to build on the basics.

In this class, you’ll start learning the techniques and strength needed for inverts, while also working on longer and more dynamic routines. Aneta's expert guidance ensures that students can progress at a comfortable pace, with a focus on developing strength, control, and confidence. Whether you're refining your skills or pushing yourself to new challenges, Aneta’s classes provide a supportive and motivating environment.

This is a block booking for 9 classes in term 1. Classes will take place from 12:00-13:00 every Monday excluding reading week.
