Join our Beginner Pole Fitness Classes with Carmela, our experienced, fun, and friendly instructor! These sessions are perfect for anyone new to pole fitness and are designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Carmela's welcoming teaching style makes it easy for students of all abilities to learn at their own pace, while enjoying a supportive and positive environment. Whether you're looking for a new way to work out or want to try something completely different, these classes are the perfect place to start! No prior experience is necessary.

This is a block booking for 9 classes in term 1. Classes will take place from 10:30-11:30 every Wednesday excluding reading week.
