Welcome to our final taster session of the season!
In this session, you get a taste of what we do in Lightning (no experience needed)! Guided by coaches, you will be given the opportunity to stunt no matter your ability, show your tumbling skills (don't worry if you can't tumble, you will be far from being the only one!), try jumps such as toe touches, and learn a dance sequence.
What to wear: Sportswear! Flyer shoes if you have them. Please note that we will ask you to remove any jewellery.
