Snowboarding has become a huge part of my life during in the last two years and Snowsports gets the most credit for it. During the last season, I participated in all four King’s rounds, led multiple board service workshops and prepared club’s equipment before each competition, which undoubtedly made a direct contribution to us winning the 1st place at King’s and getting to semi-finals at BUiSC. Having the experience of being on committees of three different clubs I am confident I have enough organisational expertise for this position.

I never make promises I cannot keep – here is a list of what I will do if elected:
• Organise race team training sessions during the ski trip
• Organise off-slope training sessions at Bloomsbury Fitness
• Continue partnership with Mervin and ensure all our members continue to have access to Pro programme (50% off everything from Gnu, Lib Tech, Roxy and BMBW)
• Continue partnership with Bataleon – leading freestyle boards manufacturer
• Pursue partnerships Toko, Butta Wax and Dakine, in order to update ski & board service equipment
• Ensure the high standard of all our equipment and help with ski/board service workshops throughout the year

Another topic I would like to focus on is sustainability. Keeping in mind the nature of our sport, it is vital to push for more eco-friendly endeavours and collaborations. This can be achieved through partnerships with like-minded companies and by continuing our support of charitable organisations.
