Eirini Mavrantonaki

Hello! My name is Irene and I am a 2nd-year Chemistry and Management student. I have been a member of RLBS for one year and I have been interested in the content created, but also the widespread opportunities it gives its members. Having worked with amazing people (virtually) over the past year, made me want to be even more involved with the RLBS community and apply for the Welfare Officer role.

I love coming in contact with different people and cultures, that is why I plan to have an active role in the community and support all of its members. I plan to engage all members in active discussions and having seen the focus that RLBS has been giving in wellbeing, I would like to introduce further welfare resources for the society. This year we have all realized how important mental health and balance in our lives is, which will be my focus point as a Welfare Officer, finding balance in between university, social life, societies, and private time. Having worked in welfare positions in my school and being president of the student council, I have gained experience and would do my best to reinforce such skills to help the RLBS community.

My priorities if elected would be to ensure a just environment, where the opinions of all members are heard. I find it crucial to create a forum of well-being ideas to support each other or even hosting lectures that focus on the importance of wellbeing in the working environment of brands.
Iustina Chirila
Coming from a Neuroscience & Psychology related background, I understood that at the core of the success within a team stays a smooth communication between the members. Having this in mind, I would love to be in a position where I can understand every member’s expectations and wishes from RLBS, which has been in a continuous and prosperous growth since its inauguration. I believe I am a good listener, I understand people’s concerns and needs and I will be more than happy to contribute to the evolution of the society from a Committee perspective.
