Muhammad Khichi
The essence of a university experience is not based on the academic content that you learn during your courses, but on the moments that you experience throughout your student career. Having been a sports leader back in high school and possessing an avid passion for sports, I have always seen sports as not just one of being physical rigor but as a means of bonding, for I am a firm believer in the fact that the people that you meet on a sports field are family to you, both on and off the field. My first-year experience has been riddled with anxiety and uncertainty to the least, with one of the main reasons being the inaccessibility to sports throughout the year. I hope to make sports a more accessible and diverse platform where members of PakSoc can meet and converse with people both within and outside the society while also rekindling the competitive spirit within themselves, for, in sports, nobody loses. You either win or you learn, and that is the principal of one's entire university experience. Introducing more sports to the PakSoc community will be my main objective with the main principle being making sports at PakSoc a more efficient platform for inclusive and casual socialization along with learning and achieving different objectives as we move along the academic year.
