Hey guys,

Sadly our grand plans to storm phineas this year as social secs have been interrupted by COVID and we haven’t been able to give you the year of socials we once promised.

Despite many a zoom social, nothing quite beats doing jaegerbombs and listening to Shawn Mendes on the sweaty basement d floor of loop on a Wednesday night. We, like many of you, can’t wait for our Wednesdays to look like this again and we’d like to lead the troops for a social comeback.

Instead of mourning the loss of this year and everything we couldn’t do as your social secs we’re looking forward to hopefully fulfilling our dreamz for loop and all things Wednesday nights by being your social secs next year.

Big love,

Anya and Carls xxx

Hi, I’m Izzy and I would love to be next year’s social sec. You might not know me this year, but you sure will next. Some say that I’m a demon on the courts and on the dance floor. This year has been disappointing to say the least, so we have got a lot to make up for - all of our inner party animals are waiting to be unleashed. I’ve got a lot of time to organise this stuff (I’m doing a geography degree) so I can make sure every Wednesday is a 10/10 night out. I’m a great believer in the more the merrier, so I’m looking forward to working with lots of different societies to plan bigger events. I enjoy being creative, and I have helped to plan events at my sixth form, like a dynamic duo icebreaker party. Kim and Kanye were one of my faves. I’m reliable, and I’m always there to make sure my friends are having a good time. I’ve already got some great ideas for the mystery tour... but I guess you’ll have to vote for me first if you wanna know what they are. I’m really passionate about netball, and I want everyone to get as much enjoyment from the sport as I do! Most importantly, after the shambles of 2020, I really want to make next year a great one!! Xoxo Izzy
