I am a passionate and dedicated member of UCL FoMSF. I would like to assist the President and work in the committee as Vice-President next year. Having previously been Vice Captain of a sports team and as a Graduate student I have experience working in a team, have effective time management and am efficient at handling admin. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as Freshers Rep which gave me an insight into the running of the society and of the different committee positions and I believe my skill set would be most useful as Vice-President. My passion and dedication for the society was highlighted by my efforts in the Stravathon where I fundraised through swimming in the icy waters of Scotland which helped UCL FoMSF reach an impressive total! I'm an approachable and enthusiastic individual and the integrated role of Welfare Officer really attracts me to this position of VP. I see myself as a friendly figure and aim to promote inclusivity within the society. I’m really excited to be involved with the running of such an epic society, especially after a year where we’ve all experienced restrictions. I’m really keen to continue to expand this Society at UCL as well as strengthen its connections with other FoMSF societies across the country. I look forward to being a part of this committee and I trust that you can have confidence in me to be a reliable VP and that I will provide support to the president and to all members of the committee and of the society.
