I believe that we're all trying to make an impact at Enactus and the VP of Projects role is the focal point where I'll be able to help create change in multiple projects aimed at different inequalities in the world.

I have gained experience working within the society as I was on the committee for LUNA, an Enactus UCL project this year, as the Finance Director. Even though LUNA was an international project, I wanted to take up the challenge through lockdown. Over this year, I made sure to not just stick to tasks related to finance. I took the initiative to help with research work and reached out to existing organisations to learn more about making biodegradable pads. My coordination and communication skills have developed immensely this year by also working in another UCL society alongside LUNA throughout the virtual year.

If elected I will make sure to provide more cohesion between project leaders and teams to ensure that we are all collectively working towards making an impact. I will listen to each team leader and collaborate with the Enactus UCL committee to provide for any training sessions, events or external talks that would enable individuals to improve their current skillset. My main focus will be on assisting the project teams in ensuring that they make an impact in helping their beneficiaries immediately in the short term and implement a solution for the long term so that beneficiaries can continuously be supported even after project teams graduate.
