Alexia Mihaila
Being part of the Enactus team this year, as a co-leader of a project's department, I can acknowledge that the level of experience Enactus has to offer is immense in terms of skills and opportunities. After working as part of a smaller team (Bluprint Creative project), I was drawn to the way Enactus promotes leadership, volunteering, and treating people with kindness, therefore I want to join, promote and oversee the bigger picture of Enactus as the new Vice President of Administration!

I am Alexia Mihaila an undergraduate Arts and Sciences student with previous leadership experience having had positions in multiple projects and societies and I want to:

*Help the president and all the departments carry out their tasks effectively while offering advice, support, and assistance

*Oversee and improve the internal aspects of the marketing, finance, and events of the society

*Ensure smooth communication between all members of the society and the leading department

*Make Enactus a comfortable space for new and existing members either if we continue to work online or transition to face-to-face activities so that everyone expresses their opinions and ideas without judgment, receiving advice and help

*Help explaining plainly the Enactus protocols and opportunities, because there are plenty to seize :)

Overall, I hope you can put your faith in me that together we can make the Enactus UCL community stronger, better, and much more fun after a very tough year!

Ananya Toshniwal
Hi! I’m Ananya Toshniwal, a first-year undergraduate remotely studying Management Science until I move to London. Let’s be real-right now none of us really know each other. So, why should you trust me to be a good VP of Administration for our society?

Several volunteering projects like designing digital literacy camps for senior citizens and establishing ‘Chhatr Chhaya’, a non-profit to uplift construction workers, confirms my interest in social entrepreneurship. Consequently, Enactus is a perfect fit for me.

Moreover, my internship at Pharmed Ltd, a pharmaceutical marketing firm, and running my school newsletter as the Literary Head has given me insights into marketing direction. Working behind the scenes of the Interact Club and TEDxMAIS as the Production Manager has helped me channel my passion for leadership and event management. Furthermore, my current internship at India Infoline, an Asset and Wealth Management firm, and pursuing a finance-focused degree has enhanced my knowledge of treasury.

Thus, the VP of Administration role seamlessly brings together my diversified interests. I firmly believe that my past experiences have equipped me with relevant, transferable skills to effectively oversee all internal aspects of our society like marketing, events and finance.

Lastly, I am committed to making these unconventional times easier to navigate for our society. If I have gained your confidence in my ability, do vote for me. Thank you for giving me a chance!
