Safiyah Suleman
Working alongside the talented BluPrint Creative team and our first beneficiary has been an incredibly inspiring experience this year. There are endless possibilities for growth and evolution as the needs and wants of our beneficiary’s evolve in the coming year. If elected I would focus on:

1. Securing another partnership with an Art Gallery
BluPrint Creative would become an artist agent, helping our beneficiaries gain work experience, showcase their designs across gallery walls, and network to get a strong footing in the industry.

2. Pop-up sales and events
from UCL’s yearly poster sale to the markets of Brick Lane and Greenwich, London provides the perfect opportunity to sell our artists’ artisanal and unique designs. I see BluPrint Creative growing beyond our initial student demographic, inspiring art-lovers across London.

3. Enhancing our social media following and website traffic
Our digital presence is a uniquely powerful tool for amplifying our beneficiary’s voices and marketing their work. Through more collaborations with our UCL network and beyond, we can expand our presence and drive traffic onto our website to become an independent e-commerce platform.
Ya-Hsuan Wang
Being a first-year student studying Economics and Statistics, I would like to devote myself to Enactus UCL as a project leader.

Being an account manager at Uber enterprise, I was allowed to utilise my business analysis skill with the well-presented communication strategies when serving as a project leader in the onshore project in Taiwan.

As a product development specialist in TransferHelper, I have experienced multiple tasks when simulating the MVP model of our financial product aiming at optimising the transferring process in terms of the international migrants' realms.

Serving as a finance part-time associate at Beiersdorf (NIVEA), I am able to penetrate into the core of financial analysis and therefore fully utilise my data-analysis skill.

Overall, I am keen to communicate with teammates and enjoy the sense of accomplishment when completing the tasks with the team. If I got elected for this role, I would like to maintain the excellence of previous activities and projects but meanwhile innovate and improve them through the functional performance assessment and the brainstorming of the team.

My communication and leadership skills obtained from the previous experience have equipped me for being competent for this role.I would like to commit to the society using my professional knowledge. If you also want to take a leap, please vote for me.
Lucy Zhang
Hi everyone! My name is Lucy and I have been project lead for TutorMe since the beginning of this year. Through expanding our social media, outreach, and research, our team has made impressive strides to successfully kick off our project. I am keen to continue my role as project lead to further tackle educational inequalities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. My priorities for next year is to strengthen our partnership and recruitment base, boost income generation, and to continue carrying out academic tutoring and personal mentoring sessions. Looking forward to creating memorable experiences for everyone through new events and ideas, please vote!
Jae Lamb
I am the current co-leader for BluPrint and would love to continue this position alongside Safiyah and the rest of the amazing team. We decided to start BluPrint Creative because we wanted to build on our existing relationship with Arlington House and expand on their art program. I would like to continue moving forward with the project alongside our motivated members and our incredible beneficiary, Karina. This would enable us to build on our strong foundation and achieve our longterm goals effectively.
Jongwoo Kim
I have worked with LUNA throughout the 2020/2021 academic year as their Assistant Project Lead. I am applying to be the Project Leader for the next academic year through the recommendation of the current Project Leader of LUNA, who will be stepping up to a bigger role within ENACTUS UCL. As it was LUNA's initation year, we had to get through a lot of discussions amongst our group as well as organisations mainly in Pakistan as well as internationally to gather secondary research and parternships. We have a clear vision of what we want to achieve in the upcoming year and more, and I want to be part of the leading force to make sure this gets achieved.
Alexia Mihaila
I have been working as a co-leader of the Bluprint Creative Beneficiaries' Support Specialist team this year and it has been great to see our first beneficiary grow and learn from what we have taught them. I have also loved taking part in the teamwork and being able to co-lead a department with the project leader from whom I have learned a lot.

My name is Alexia Mihaila, I am an Arts and Sciences Undergraduate student and I am looking forward to establishing new projects and continuing the ones already implemented to better the UCL community and have a local or even global impact.

I know the role requires a lot of work, but I am confident that having the experience of running previous smaller projects and departments of bigger projects I will be able to carry on the work alongside other UCL students.

I plan to:

* Organize a strong, committed team whom we will keep in contact and offert support and advice

* Ensure transparency between Enactus' work and the projects established

* Arrange socials (in person or face-to-face) between the members of different projects to exchange work practices and skills

* Be open to any critical advice in my procedures of running a project and adapting easily to suggestions

* Offer easy-to-grasp information about the project's procedures and the Enactus Competition

All in all, I hope you will put your faith in me for leading one of Enactus' UCL projects and establishing a good, hard-working team! :)
