Hi i'm Hugo, one of the head of events of Diplomacy Society this year. Next year i'm running for Welfare officer.

This year with the team we organised plenty of events from panel discussions to socials. We established a social aspect to the society through the pub quiz and starting the family scheme. I want to further develop this next year as well as ensuring the society meets the needs of all of our members. My main goal is to strengthen Diplomacy society as an open-minded social and intellectual community.

As a head of events I would want to:
- Ensure that all of our events are accessible and inclusive of our members
- Expand Diplomacy society’s social activities whether they are in-person or online. Organise pub crawls, quizzes, movie nights… at least once a month
- Organise great welcome events during freshers for first years and new members
- Expand and strengthen the family scheme to further connections between the committee and members
