Isabella Wen
My ultimate goal as Marketing VP will be to build a network of like-minded students and create the best environment for you to thrive.

Some things I want to implement include:
- Creating and publicising text/WhatsApp broadcast of ongoing activities and ways to get involved
- Downloadable monthly events calendar with clear layouts
- Podcast interviews with UCL alumni in the field (members can also submit questions)
- Making Consulting Society’s website more user-friendly, continuing to expand into platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube

I am proficient with video editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), graphic design(Adobe Photoshop, XD, Vectornator and Procreate), design for UCL’s Pi Media and have been commissioned to create album covers. Having organised an international student summit with delegates from 12 different countries, and a cultural exhibition which brought in an estimated 250 visitors, I possess valuable experience in publicity and outreach.

Consulting Society is already one of the largest societies in UCL, so I want to focus on improving the society for the members we already have, while also increasing our numbers, to ensure we continue to secure partnerships and further strengthen our reputation. I strongly believe in this vision and am immensely committed to it.

Julius Metrikis
Hi, I am Julius! I have been a member of the Consulting Society for a year now and am really happy with the resources and opportunities it provided me. I would like to join as a VP of Marketing next year, so I continue the great work on this impactful student-led society. Firstly, I'd like to increase the awareness of the society and increase recruitment using online and on-campus formats, through advertisements in events such as "Freshers Fair". More than ever, the consulting industry requires students to have a diverse educational background, and I hope to recruit members from many different pathways. Secondly, I will aim to understand how society can be improved through regular feedback and work to improve member satisfaction in key areas. Lastly, I will collaborate with the other committee, and give my 110% to ensure all current and new students can make the most out of Consulting Society and have a great experience!
Hui Lim
I’m Cindy, and I’m running for the marketing VP because as a first-year rep, I really got to know this society well. I’m familiar with their social media strategy and helped to consistently enforce the society’s branding while still making sure high-profile events stand out visually. I also have fast turnaround times to make sure I am able to implement any changes needed and have developed a fine eye on how to make posters stand out more.

If elected, I have a lot of ideas about what I will do, including:
- Creating more educational posts that inform our members of consulting basics such as cheat sheets, to help members learn more about consulting and make our social media more engaging
- Continue with quizzes in stories already implemented by the previous marketing VP
- Continue fine-tuning and enforcing strong society branding

Having spent time with this society, I’ve grown to really like its atmosphere and it would mean a lot to me to be able to improve upon the society as the marketing VP. I look forward to helping those new to the society have the same rewarding experience as I did as a first year!
Kristaps Kallaste
My vision as Vice President of Marketing is twofold. In terms of design, I will incorporate a careful mixture of minimalism and maximalism- simple colors, modern-fonts, and clarity above all when it comes to delivering important news and opportunities to our members and loud, expressive statement-pieces to capture new interest. In terms of content, I wish to keep developing our educational material by continuing weekly mental case questions for those already practicing their interviews and by introducing a new series of consulting 101 posts for our newer members who maybe just want to know what a consultant even is. Additionally, I would aim to expand our social media presence by revitalizing our Twitter account and by implementing new TikTok-style content, either as reels on Instagram or on TikTok itself
As the creator and lead designer of a fashion start-up, I have experience in design, marketing, and maintaining user-engagement. I have managed and created content for multiple social media accounts, have designed clothing pieces, and, more formally, have gathered 3 years of experience in Photoshop and Inkscape. I have also worked as a freelance writer specializing in advertising and have more recently joined a start-up as a Lead Copywriter. If you want to see some of my work you can google my portfolio.
