I am standing because I think that connections with our alumni and our past are essential to look at how the boat club has changed and in which directions we should keep moving. RUMSBC has a strong family sentiment, and I think that this ought to be celebrated, with as many connections maintained as possible. Furthermore, with my experience as social secretary this year -- during which I worked with the current officers of this role -- I think that I am well equipped to face these challenges head on. For more information, listen to my speech on the day!
Luca Richards
1) Have overly bougie black tie events to make up for the past year.

2) Get the club bare P:
i. Work with fundraisers and social secs closely to keep our alumni attending events and feeling involved in the club throughout the year.
ii. Utilise new found connections with anonymous soon-to-be-F1 to draw in more funds and interest.
