Rawan Ebrahim
Passion, motivation, execution. These are 3 ideals that define a leader amongst men, and more importantly... these are what define me. You might be thinking that this is an audacious statement to make, which is why I will provide evidences to corroborate my claim. I have a vision for the future of ArabNASoc, a plan forward that involves increased exploration into Arabic culture and history as well as increased inter and intra-university cooperation with other clubs and societies. It would be a mighty honour to serve as your president, where I can help to positively contribute to the Arab and North African community. In addition, the teamworking, organisation and communication skills I have so far demonstrated in my tenure as General Secretary have equipped me with the necessary tools to liaise efficiently with my fellow comittee members, mitigating any issues that arise in our tasks when setting to achieve our goals. Furthermore, my experience of balancing medicine alongside my other commitments shows optimally functioning time management, a very integral skill required for the role.

The President is the voice of the people and I intend to be a powerful voice for the people to further strengthen the cultural identity we have begun carving at UCL. This is why I urge you to make the correct choice of selecting me for this role. I thank you for taking the time to read this and sincerely hope that you see my dedication for ArabNASoc seeping through the words written in text.
