Fairs are managed via the new Drupal 8 website, rather than the current website. However all users should be synced across so login and access should work mostly the same.

Add existing stalls to new fair in bulk

Stalls can be "shared" across Fairs.

To bulk add existing stalls to a fair:

  1. Make sure the fair has been created.
  2. Go to https://welcome.studentsunionucl.org/admin/content/fair/stall
  3. Filter to get the broad set of stalls you want, e.g. by category.
  4. Check the box next to any stalls you want to add to the fair.
  5. Under 'Action' at the top of the page under the filters, select 'Modify field values'
  6. Click 'Apply to selected items'
  7. Check 'Add values to multi-value fields'
  8. Check 'Fair(s) the stall is part of' under "Select fields to change"
  9. Search and find the fair the stall should be a part of.
  10. Click 'Apply'.
