The Nightlife Wristband will get you into all the events with a queue jump. It’ll also save you paying booking fees. All other tickets can be purchased either online now, or on-campus from 15 September.  Buy event tickets here.

We will be holding tickets back to sell once you arrive on campus, we know how annoying it is to miss out on getting a ticket because you only just discovered our website two days before term. Don’t fear.

I don’t have my UCL log in details yet

No worries. When you get to the log in screen, just opt to create a guest account. You can also do this if your UCL details aren’t working for any reason.

Where are my tickets?

All tickets bought through this website (i.e. everything but nightlife events) should be sent to you by email. If you didn’t get it/can’t access it, you will also be able to find a copy if you log in to this website, go to ‘my profile’, and then to ‘orders’.

I bought more than one ticket, but they both have my name on

Don’t worry. We don’t check the tickets against your ID, so this doesn’t matter.

Can I bring a friend who isn’t from UCL?

What’s the deal with targeted events?

If you want to attend an event named postgrad welcome party, but you’re an undergrad, that’s fine. Same for the mature students’ breakfast, and so on. We’re mostly trying to help you meet people having a similar university experience to you, but ultimately, all of our events are open to everyone.

What ID do I need?

For 18+ events, you will need valid photo ID. This should preferably a passport or drivers license. The UK is very strict on ID, and you will not gain entry to an over 18 event without it. Unless it’s one of the highlighted under 18 friendly events.

I no longer want to go to an event - can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable. However, if there is a case such as you’ve accidentally bought two instead of one, let us know by completing this contact form (including your order number).

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I can no longer attend an event?

Yes, this is no problem. We’d recommend posting it on the ‘Official Students’ Union UCL Community’ Facebook page. If you are buying a ticket from someone, we’d strongly recommend that you take their contact details just in case you have any problems with it. Ensure that you are sent the PDF ticket and not just the confirmation email.

I’m having trouble because I don’t have a UK bank account.

For most global events, we have kept a number in reserve, which you will able to buy with cash from one of our reception desks when you get here.

Will you be releasing more tickets?

We may be able to release more tickets to some events at a later date. The best way to be notified is to “register your interest” on the event page - then we can email you before we let everyone else know if any more do become available.

My question isn’t answered here.

Oops. Our bad. If your question is about a specific event, contact the person whose details appear on the bottom of the event. If it’s more general, give us a try through our Facebook page, ‘UCLfresh’.
