Grab a hoop and get your hips moving with our hula hoop class, great for beginners and open to all fitness levels!

This session is taught by a female instructor and we will provide all the equipment, all you need is a pair of trainers.

Accessibility Information:

Wilkins Terrace: Step-free access available via South Cloisters. When facing Portico, head to the entrance on the very right hand side with the ramp. Once inside, head to the left, going straight through the South Cloister, Octagon (where Main Library is situated) and into the North Cloisters. At the North Cloisters, there are electric doors to access the Wilkins Terrace.
