Dare2 Try Barre Concept combines ballet, Pilates and contemporary dance to help build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

No experience of ballet or dance required; the class is beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a comfortable, friendly, non - judgemental and non-competitive environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels. 

All our sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Project Active offers you a wide range of beginner friendly activities from Barre Fitness to Touch Rugby.

You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest; Project Active is about feeling empowered and having fun, but most of all enjoying being active in whatever way works for you!
