Touch Rugby is a minimal contact mixed game similar to rugby, but without the tackling!
Touch is a great way to improve fitness and is easy to pick and learn, with many players taking part who have never played any form of rugby before.
So, whether you are a first teamer or a first timer, O2 Touch is social fitness at its best! Come along to our weekly session and give it a try with fellow beginners. All you need is a pair of trainers!
