Studies have shown that even as little as 20 mins of activity can boost your feel-good endorphins and improve your focus, memory and energy levels. Remember, it’s good to take regular breaks during revision.

Combining the practice of yoga with time for reflection and meditation, our Mindful Yoga class will help you relax and enjoy a reviving break from revision and essay deadlines.

Session is open to all levels of fitness, even if you’ve never done yoga before! 
Please note you must register your place to attend, as space is limited!
