Touch Rugby is a minimal contact, mixed game similar to rugby, but without the tackling!

Open to all UCL students and staff, it’s is a great way to meet new people, improve your fitness and most importantly unwind during the exam period.
Touch rugby is easy to pick up, you don’t need to have played any rugby before.
So, whether you are a first teamer or a first timer, Touch is social fitness at its best! Come along to our weekly session and give it a try. All you need is a pair of trainers!

Don’t forget it’s important to stay active and keep moving, especially during the exam period. Physical activity has been proven to effectively help improve mood, focus, memory and energy levels.  As little as 20 mins of activity can help clear your head and boost endorphins, helping reduce stress and anxiety.

Venue: Touch Rugby Pitches, Regent’s Park (Pitch 1)
Nearest station: Baker Street (15min walk), Regent’s Park (20min walk)
