Combining the practice of yoga with time for reflection and meditation, our Mindful Yoga classes will help you embrace mindfulness, giving you a relaxed and reviving start to your day!

These classes are ideal for postgraduate students and staff, but open to all!

Physical activity has been proven to effectively help improve mood, focus, memory and energy levels.  As little as 20 mins of activity can help clear your head and boost endorphins, helping reduce stress and anxiety.  Plus you’ll feel great and refreshed afterwards!

Classes take place in the Rehearsal room on the 1st floor of the Bloomsbury Theatre building, WC1H 0AH

Spaces are limited so pre-booking is required.

No previous yoga experience or equipment needed; we’ll provide mats and blocks.
