Dance Fitness

Dare2 Try Barre Concept combines ballet, Pilates and contemporary dance to help build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

No experience of ballet or dance required; the class is beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 

Classes take place in the Rehearsal room on the 1st floor of the Bloomsbury Theatre building, WC1H 0AH

Pre-booking is required as spaces are limited!

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a comfortable, friendly, non - judgemental and non-competitive environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels.
