Join us for a beginner friendly squash session every Friday at 12pm. Squash is great way to unwind and release stress, as well as being fantastic for improving your fitness! Don’t worry if you’ve never picked up a squash racquet before, our friendly instructor, Steve will have you returning serve in no time!

Racquets and balls provided. 

Pre-booking is required. You do not need to hold gym membership or buy a day pass to attend once booked.

The session will take place in the Bloomsbury Fitness Squash Courts, 3rd floor Bloomsbury Theatre building
