Hatha Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. In this class you will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

This class is not demonstrated, instead the instructor will talk you through each movement using language that emphasises how each pose feels, combining Yoga philosophy with physical practice.

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness.
No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

* If you can’t make this class, keep an eye out for our class re-run link, which will go live after this class ends on the What’s On Calendar!
