Come join us for a *FREE* mindfulness session!
Location: Quiet Contemplation Room, B2, UCL Student Centre

This is an open session for all and everyone is welcome.
If you’ve never meditated but heard of mindfulness before, this is your chance to find out more.

Or if you meditate daily, but would like to meet some like-minded people and attend a guided mediation, this is your chance too!

If you’ve never heard of mindfulness before, here is an outline:
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it.

There will be FREE tea and biscuits, so please bring your own reusable cup.
