Rothna, Welfare and International Officer, has organised a new chill space for you to relax, take a breather and rest during the exam period.

The Stress-Free Zone is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 21:00. It’s in the Wilkin’s Garden Room which is the room to the right of Jeremy Bentham’s statue.

Rothna will also be having drop-in sessions every Wednesday from 14:00 - 15:00 so if there is anything you want to talk to her about then come and say hi. If you’re just stressed, got questions about welfare or are an international student in need of some help - Rothna is here for you! If you just want to talk about life then she is also here for that!

Expressing yourself and taking some time to talk to someone, whatever the topic during this period can help you feel less stressed or tensed. - Rothna
