What is self-care? Why is it important? How do I incorporate self-care into my life?

This free workshop aims to improve students’ understanding of self-care and its importance. By attending this workshop, you will be provided with a range of tools to engage in more effective self-care while balancing your studies and life.

Come along to learn some practical tools to improve your mental wellbeing as we aim to create a positive mental health community at UCL by having an honest conversation about mental health.

About the organiser:
The charity Rethink Mental Illness has co-produced mental health workshops with UCL students for UCL students.

This workshop will be run by UCL student facilitators who have been trained by Rethink Mental Illness.
