What is self-care? Why is it important? How do I incorporate self-care into my life?

This free workshop aims to improve students’ understanding of self-care and its importance. By attending this workshop, you will be provided with a range of tools to engage in more effective self-care while balancing your studies and life.

Come along to learn some practical tools to improve your mental wellbeing as we aim to create a positive mental health community at UCL by having an honest conversation about mental health.

(Please register for a ticket using Eventbrite before attending as there are only 12 places available - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/step-up-self-care-workshop-for-ucl-students-tickets-98279020195)
