UCL Musical Theatre Society and UCL Stage Crew Society present: [title of show], a musical comedy that tells the tale of its own creation.

Jeff and Hunter, two struggling writers, hear about a new musical theatre festival. However, the deadline for submissions is a mere three weeks away. With nothing to lose, the pair decides to try to create something new with the help of their friends Susan, Heidi, and Larry on the eighty-eights.

This exciting, introspective and comedic play is written for two men and two women, focusing on life as a struggling creative in the ‘big city’. It covers themes ranging from writer’s block, to different creative visions and fighting to stay true to yourself rather than appeal to the masses.
