Tobias is an internationally-acknowledge expert on Medieval and Renaissance weapons and Curator of Arms and Armour at the Wallace Collection in London. He has appeared in numerous documentaries, published several books, escorted King Richard III during his reburial and is a keen practitioner of modern historical jousting!
Taking time out of his busy schedule, Tobias has agreed to give a talk discussing his experience of working in the museum sector, as well as freelance work, offering insights into what goes on behind the scenes of putting together exhibits and being an expert in your field.

For members of the Museum Society we are asking for £3.00 a ticket. However, we are opening up this amazing opportunity to pick the brains of an experienced curator to non-members for the price of £5.

This event will be held in G6 Lecture Theatre at the Institute of Archaeology. The talk will not start until around 6.15pm.
