Come along to our Women’s only Powerlifting Taster Session!

This event is suitable for any beginners (though all are welcome!) wanting to try out the sport of Powerlifting. Holly (Powerlifting Captain) and Nicole (Treasurer) will teach you the basic Powerlifting movements - the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. Feel free to come along, learn, ask questions and make some new friends! We will be up the stairs in the Mandela Studio of Bloomsbury Fitness. Message us on Instagram if you get lost.

***Please register by 3pm 13th Oct (tickets will go off sale). Once registered, please DM @uclbarbellclub on instagram or email uclubarbell@gmail.com with your Name, Student Number and Phone Number. We need to submit these to the Venue 24h in advance to allow you attendance to the session.

*Please note that if you register for the session and do not show up, you are taking away a space that someone else may have had. Please turn up if you decide to book a space. Its worth it I promise ;)
