Feeling a bit tense and anxious about starting your first year at university (or returning)? This term will for sure look very different to what we are used to. We have partnered with SELCS society to deliver to you a specially designed workshop to help ease you into the new year and the new circumstances. We will teach you the benefits of writing for your wellbeing and share our tips and personal experience with you! Join us for some calming writing exercises with a focus on the start (or continuation) of a new chapter of your life!
