Taster Session

Whether you’re a seasoned gym pro or a burpee newbie, this 60 minute session will put you through your paces! No equipment is needed, just an internet connection and some space.

Our Senior Captains Melissa and Luca will guide you through the session, which includes a quick warm up, 4 rounds of circuits and a series of stretches to cool down.
