How to deal with university stress?

1. Try to understand what it is that’s making you anxious.
2. Try to do something with your anxiety.
3. Come to our meditation & screening session next Tuesday!

In collaboration with the UCL Mindful SocietyUCL Film & TV Society is organising a special screening event on 13th of March in the Institute of Education, as part of Students' Union UCL's ongoing Heads Up campaign.

Venue: Room 804, Institute of Education, 20 Bedford Way, Bloomsbury, London WC1H 0AL

In the first half of the event, a meditation lesson will be given by our experienced meditation teacher Nick. Everyone will be sitting in a circle and reaching your inner peace.

After the meditation session, a documentary titled ‘The Misunderstood Epidemic: Depression’ by Susan Polis Schutz will be screened. By interviewing different people who suffer from depression, the film talks about the general misunderstanding of depression. Meanwhile, chamomile tea and nuts will be provided for free, which are both famous for relieving stress and anxiety.

Give yourself a two-hour break and come to our event on Tuesday! We look forward to seeing you there!

This event is open to members of the UCL Mindful Society and UCL Film & TV Society! Get membership at and
