Grosvenor Group is one of the largest privately-owned international property companies. They develop, manage and invest in property in more than 60 cities around the world. Their 340-year old history began with their core asset, the London Grosvenor Estate which includes Mayfair and Belgravia. Grosvenor’s purpose is aligned with their Living Cities approach - to improve property and places to deliver lasting commercial and social benefit.

We have invited Sam Monger, Grosvenor's Director of Strategy and Research to talk to us about his career and Grosvenor's Living Cities approach, research projects and 20 Year Vision for Mayfair and Belgravia.

We are co-hosting this event with UCL GeogSoc and encourage keen urbanists to attend. UCL Connect.ed aims to create a conversation about the myriad ways research skills and experience can contribute to building a career whether it's in academia or beyond.  Research in property can often be a hidden area that not many students are aware of and this event provides an insight into research in property.

The event is free to attend for all members of UCL Connect.ed and UCL GeogSoc.
