Who’s ready for JazZz Piano pt. 2!?

Due to popular demand, UCL alumnus and jazz pianist Harry Kelleher is BACK with the second edition of Jazz Piano workshop™.

He will walk through the fundamentals of jazz notation, rhythm and music theory required for the starting improvising pianist. This is particularly useful for those coming from a classical/pop/rock background who are interested in learning jazz.

As the second workshop on this topic, we may build on the ideas of the first, but don’t worry if you missed out on that one! The pace will be adjusted to the group and you’ll catch up quickly!

Harry will draw from his own experiences as a classically trained pianist learning jazz without any previous experience. The workshop will give you useful tips for effective practice and insights from lessons learned over years of jazz playing. This is an event not to be missed!
