Saturday 3 November 2018 (All day) to Wednesday 7 November 2018 (All day)

Welcome to UCL Hiking Club’s first residential trip of the year!

We’ll be heading over to the vibrant, scenic Irish town of Killarney, County Kerry. By day, we’ll be heading out into Killarney National Park for hikes to suit most levels of experience. Killarney is the oldest National Park in Ireland, and was designated a UNESCO heritage site back in 1981. This area has incredible natural beauty, full of lakes, woodland, and of course the McGillycuddy Reeks mountain range, so is perfect for kicking off the year in style!  By night, we’ll be exploring some of the nightlife in Killarney town centre and staying in a local hostel.
