About our guest:
Alexander is the longest-serving Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia, and a former member of the Huawei Board. He is a former High Commissioner to the UK, and he sparked the FBI inquiry into Russian inference in the 2016 Presidential Election. He is also a former Special Advisor to the UN Secretary General on Cyprus. Downer is currently the Chairman of Policy Exchange, and a Trustee at International Crisis Group.
